Cancellations and Exchanges

Order Cancellation Policy

Your order can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. 

Cancellation charges will be applied i.e. 5% deduction of the paid amount; the rest of the amount will be refunded to the original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to be processed.

Exchanges

Products cannot be exchanged due to the nature of preordered items.

• We offer exchanges only if the product delivered is with any manufacturing faults.

Exchanges will be accepted if we deliver the incorrect item.

 

Please inspect your order once you have received it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that the team can make corrections.

 

Please note that upon cancellation or exchanges you must add your order number in the email.
