Cancellations & Exchanges
Order Cancellation Policy
Your order can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once this timeframe has passed you cannot cancel your order.
We don't offer refunds on any of our pre-orders, sale/discontinued items or immediate dispatch items.
Cancellation charges will be applied i.e. 5% deduction of the paid amount; the rest of the amount will be refunded to the original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to be processed.

Exchanges
Products cannot be exchanged due to the nature of pre-ordered items unless item received is damaged, or incorrect.
- We offer exchanges and refunds only if the product delivered is with any manufacturing faults.
- Sale items/items discounted or immediate dispatch cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- We cannot offer exchanges on any order due to the nature of pre orders.
- We kindly request customers to review our Size Chart carefully before placing an order, as we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for sizing issues.
Exchanges will be accepted if we deliver the incorrect item.
All of our pieces go through strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you believe your pre-order item is faulty, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, you must notify us and provide evidence within 24 hours of receiving your delivery so that our team can review the issue and make the necessary corrections.
Reports made after this time cannot be investigated or accepted, as we are unable to verify the condition of the item after delivery.
Please Note: Hand embroidered pieces are delicate and should be handled with care; due to the nature of intricate techniques such as zari/zardozi work, occasional loose threads or fine wires may appear and may require careful trimming as part of normal wear and maintenance, and this shall not be considered a fault or valid reason for return, exchange, or refund.
Product Appearance and Disclaimer
We strive to ensure that all product images accurately represent the colours and details of our garments. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to differences in lighting, photography, and screen/display settings.
Additionally, due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, minor variations in embroidery, embellishments, and finishing may occur. These are not considered defects but rather a natural characteristic of artisanal work.
Such variations shall not be considered valid grounds for return, exchange, or refund.
Preorder
All preorder pieces are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed or production has begun.
By placing an order for a preorder piece, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all design specifications, measurements, and details provided at the time of purchase.
The Trend Rack is not responsible for any dissatisfaction arising from incorrect size selected by the customer or changes in preference after the order has been confirmed.
Shipping Delays and Disclaimer
Once an order has been dispatched, The Trend Rack is not liable for any delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be subject to change due to external factors.
We are not responsible for delays in transit, and such delays shall not be considered valid grounds for cancellation, refund, or exchange.
Please note that upon cancellation or exchanges you must add your order number in the email.
