Cancellations & Exchanges

Order Cancellation Policy

Your order can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once this timeframe has passed you cannnot cancel your order. 

We don't offer refunds on any of our pre-orders and sale items. 

Cancellation charges will be applied i.e. 5% deduction of the paid amount; the rest of the amount will be refunded to the original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to be processed.

Exchanges

Products cannot be exchanged due to the nature of preordered items.

  • We offer exchanges only if the product delivered is with any manufacturing faults.
  • Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • We cannot offer exchanges on any order due to the nature of pre orders.

Exchanges will be accepted if we deliver the incorrect item.

All of our pieces go through strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you believe your pre-order item is faulty, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery so that our team can review the issue and make the necessary corrections.

Reports made after this time cannot be investigated or accepted, as we are unable to verify the condition of the item after delivery.

Please note that upon cancellation or exchanges you must add your order number in the email.
