Order and Delivery

Pre order information

 All designs are ordered on a pre order basis, once you have placed your order it will go into production. We do not stock premade outfits as we offer a bespoke service.

The timeline from the order being placed to the order being dispatched will be 4-6 or 5-6 weeks depending on the collection.

Please note when placing your order this information is available to you on every product page.

Delivery 

Once your order has been manufactured and is ready for shipping you will receive an email confirmation on the update of your order, this also includes delivery tracking. 

Please note that we have no control over customs processes, inspections, or delays. Once your order reaches the UK customs centre, it may undergo routine checks which can cause an extension on delivery times. 

We understand customs delays can be frustrating, but please note that they are completely outside our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding while your order clears through customs.
